Best company ever.
I would like to write about one of my best purchase ever: Slimquadro, a pellet stove by Thermorossi
I am an architect and I pay lots of attention on eco-friendly products focused also on design, this has become my mantra and I put it both on life and job.
I was surfing on the net in my new house, when suddenly I found out a video on YouTube that lighted up my attention. It is this one:
I saw it as an idea of design that I was looking for since many year, cause there is no so much space in my living room but it is always too cold.
The company I realize was Italian, with many and many years of experience in heating sector. They told me that in Italy this company is famous of putting on the market only high quality and design products. No excuses.
I started to inform me better and I heard and read very good reviews about Thermorossi. It is like one of the few good italian companies now with high quality reputation. If I look deeper, I found out that this company was the first one on the world that manufactured this kind of slim stove, which is patented by them also.
That made me feel confident and I decide to buy it.
Well if I think now about the quality of the material and that it is never broken down, it was really one of my best purchase.
In addition, what surprised me more is that cares about every single final customer.
One morning I had a problem, I called immediately the post service. It was at 8.20 in the morning. My daughter was 8 months: we really need warmth. Well at 9.10 I had the technician at home!!!
And I live in a countryside.
My family and I are passionate and we feel really happy to have found, finally, a reliable and professional manufacturer and post service. The stove heats not only the house but the hearth of all of us. Looks like stupid.. but for us was important.
PS. It’s started with Slimquadro, and now we have also the boiler, water storage and solar panel.
